  • 2 green bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 7 green onions, finely chopped
  • ½ cup minced fresh parsley
  • ½ cup minced fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1 fresh lemon
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses

Instructions

  1. Fill a bowl with bulgur and pour boiling water over it. After 20 minutes, cover and leave.
